In this session the presenter will share a story of effective school change - specifically how a student focussed response to community circumstances and consultation can build a powerful bespoke strategy which helps creates the environment for learning.

The webinar will examine how at Lithgow High School the creation of a wellbeing centre has assisted the most vulnerable students in the community. She will outline the catalyst, planning, implementation and impact of the wellbeing centre as well as the successes and obstacles.
