Flip the System is a global movement to change education from the ground up by allowing teachers to take the lead as a trusted and meaningful part of global education conversation. Key themes will include educational leadership, collaborative expertise, professional learning, teacher voice, and equity. Flip the System is a global movement promoting teacher agency and professionalism, advocating for a flipping, flattening and democratising of the education system. Flip the System Australia: What Matters in Education brings together the voices of teachers, school leaders and scholars in order to offer diverse perspectives, important challenges and hopeful alternatives to the current education system.

Join co-editors Cameron Paterson, Deborah Netolicky and Jon Andrews to help grapple with the question - What matters in education? Let's explore how those of us in education might flip and democratise the education system. Follow the book's editors on Twitter at @flipthesystemoz and purchase the book on Book Depository.
